The route takes runners through central downtown Portland, where there are now Tri Met and Light Rail and Portland Streetcar lines running in all directions to help our community travel in and out of the central city. Because there are new Light Rail lines in effect, there are more possibilities for intersections where buses and/or trains may need to bump-through the race course. Please be aware that we have tried to accommodate runners with timing of these bumps that allow for an uninterrupted race. However, there may be instances where you are delayed for a bump-through during the run. We apologize for this inconvenience, but this situation is now a part of all running and walking events in Portland's downtown. Thanks for your understanding!
