and Bruce Murdock will emcee the contest.

THEME - CLOWNING AROUND
Simply create your most fabulous clown (or regular) costume and enter that night in the category you choose.  Please remember that this is a mass-appeal family event.  Please be tasteful with your costume.  You must wear your participant number to enter the contest.

Great prizes this year! The winner of the youth category wins a Birthday Party at the Old Spaghetti Factory. Other prizes include gift cards; Weekend getaways, tickets to the Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade or Waterfront Village; Overnight night stay at Hotel Vintage Plaza and dinner at Pazzo and much more!

Judging will begin at 7:00 pm at the stage at the Lincoln track. Although finishing the race is not required, you must wear your participant number during the judging. We reserve the right to disallow any costumes and participants not meeting Rose Festival parade standards. Please be tasteful with your creativity!

RUN PRIZES
The top two men and women overall finishers will each win an overnight stay in one of Portland’s Hotel Vintage Plaza’s Starlight Rooms including dinner at Pazzo Ristorante.
